What we collect

When you use the enquiry form or contact us directly, we collect only the details you give us:

• Your name
• Your contact details (phone number and email address)
• Your town, so we know whether the job is in our area
• Details of the work you are enquiring about

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and price the work. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list without you asking us to.

Legal basis

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we process your details on the basis of your consent when you submit the form, and on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to a request for a quotation.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Where we carry out work for you, we keep the relevant records for as long as we are required to for tax, warranty and grant scheme purposes.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third party analytics. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. The site loads its own fonts and images from its own server, so no third party sees your visit.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Email dkieran045@gmail.com or ring 083 898 2161 and we will sort it.
